RapidStudio uses several different courier companies in order to keep a good standard of service across as much of the country as possible.

If we are unable to find a competitively priced courier service in your area or if you've entered a PO Box address, your orders will have to be sent via the post office.

While we have a good relationship with the courier companies we use and discontinue using any with which we experience poor service, we are unable to have as much control over the post-office.

Unfortunately problems with parcels in the postal system often take time and persistence to resolve.

For this reason we strongly discourage the use of PO Box addresses wherever possible.

If you have any queries about tracking your order once it has been despatched, please feel free to contact us or the courier company who is handling the job.

Most courier services are 2 days and most do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Please allow the courier a reasonable delivery time before contacting them to check on the delivery's progress.
