RapidStudio delivers across South Africa using a network of courier companies. This article covers everything you need to know about delivery, from address requirements to tracking your order.
There are 3 ways to receive your RapidStudio order: Pargo, Delivery, Pickup from our factory. After checking out your shopping cart you will arrive at the delivery screen where you choose your delivery method and provide your address (if applicable).
Pargo pick-up point
Pargo pickup points are located all over South Africa and a great option for delivery to your area and collection by you at a time that’s convenient. A great option if you’re not sure if you’ll be home to receive a door-to-door delivery, remembering that deliveries happen Mon-Fri during business hours and can’t be scheduled for a specific day/time. After selecting Pargo, enter your suburb and browse the Pargo locations near you. Choose the one your prefer. Pargo have great whatsapp communications and will let you know when your parcel has arrived.
Delivery
- Enter your suburb first in the box and confirm your SUBURB (this is to avoid confusion of two suburbs with the same name). Then follow the prompts. Use an address where someone will be available during working hours to receive and sign for the delivery. (We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses).
- Deliveries occur during business hours on weekdays and can’t be scheduled for a particular day/time. If you’re not sure if someone can receive the delivery, Pargo is a great option.
- Please fill out all details including cell in case the delivery driver (or we) need to reach you.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched and vary depending on your location. Please note that delivery time is in addition to your production time (5 working days).
Main centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria and surrounds): 1 to 2 working days from dispatch.
Regional areas: 3 to 4 working days from dispatch.
Remote and outlying areas: 5 to 6 working days from dispatch.

Couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification confirming it is on its way.
How much does delivery cost
Orders over our minimum order value qualify for free DELIVERY if you are located in a main centre or free PARGO if you are located outside a main centre.
When a delivery fee applies, rates will vary depending on your location. Filling your delivery details, starting with your SUBURB and once these details are entered into the system, your exact delivery cost will be displayed in the order summary on the same page. Collecting your order in Johannesburg
If you are based in or near Johannesburg, you are welcome to collect your order directly from us once you receive your dispatch notification. This is often the quickest option and avoids any courier delays. Contact us to arrange collection.
Tracking your order
Please contact us directly if you need an update on your delivery, do not contact the courier yourself. Not all of the courier services we use issue tracking numbers to customers, and in most cases we are better placed to get you accurate information quickly.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe for your area, please get in touch and we will investigate and follow up with the courier on your behalf.
