RapidStudio provides feedback on orders and Job Status by automated email and SMS.
In the following cases you should receive email or SMS notification provided the contact details on your job were correctly entered when placing the order.
Order was left in the shopping cart overnight (1pm)
Your order has a problem that requires your attention before it can be processed - it's placed on hold. (1pm)
Your order is missing files (software orders) or payment - and will not be processed till they have been received and allocated (1pm)
Your order has had payment allocated (immediately)
Your order has gone into production (immediately)
Your order has been despatched (immediately) - There is a time delay advisor in the email for while the job is with the courier being transported.
These messages are automated and can only be stopped when the problem or alert has been attended to.
