Ordering the easy way

Placing an order with RapidStudio is designed to be as simple and secure as possible. Following the steps below will help your order move through production quickly and without delays.

Step 1: Check your design before ordering

Before adding to cart, take a moment to check:

  • Any resolution warning flags on your photos (see "Low Resolution Images - What to Do")
  • That all photo placeholders are filled
  • That bleed and safe area guidelines have been followed. Keep important content away from the edges
  • That any text is correct and free of spelling errors
  • HIGHLY RECOMMENDED final check: use the Preview function (it’s the sideways triangle ‘play’ button near the top right-hand corner), to see a page-by-page view of how your product will print. This is your best opportunity to catch anything before it goes to print and a very important step. Remember, we print exactly what is supplied, so this step ensures you’ll be happy with the finished product.

Step 2: Add to cart

How to add to cart: Option 1: From inside the editor, click the blue shopping cart button near the top right-hand corner Option 2: From your projects folder, click the shopping cart icon.

Step 3: In the shopping cart

Follow the prompts. You can change the quantity or product you want, enter a voucher number or discount promo code. Lastly verify that your design is correct by checking the box and click proceed to checkout.

Step 4: Delivery screen

Choose your delivery method: Pargo, Delivery, Pickup

For your delivery address:

  • Enter your suburb first in the box and confirm your SUBURB (this is to avoid confusion of two suburbs with the same name). Then follow the prompts. Use an address where someone will be available during working hours to receive and sign for the delivery.
  • Deliveries occur during business hours on weekdays and can’t be scheduled for a particular day/time. If you’re not sure if someone can receive the delivery, Pargo is a great option.
  • Please fill out all details including cell in case the delivery driver (or we) need to reach you. Avoid PO Boxes as couriers need an address.

Pargo Pick-up Point
Pargo pickup points are located all over South Africa and a great option for delivery to your area and collection by you at a time convenient to you. After selecting Pargo, enter your suburb and browse the Pargo locations near you. Choose the one your prefer. Pargo have great whatsapp communications and will let you know when your parcel has arrived.

Rush Order

On this screen you can also opt in to rush your order if you’re in a hurry. Fee for this is will be displayed in your order summary towards the bottom right.

Step 5: Choose your payment method

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card or debit card (processed securely via Payfast)
  • EFT via Payfast (instant EFT)
  • Manual EFT (bank transfer)

We recommend paying by card or instant EFT wherever possible. Manual EFT payments require us to verify receipt before your order can go into production, which can add a working day to your turnaround time.

RapidStudio partners with PayFast as our trusted secure payment provider. When you click Pay, you are redirected from the RapidStudio website to PayFast’s protected payment gateway, where your card and banking details are entered in a dedicated secure environment. This adds an extra layer of safety, as sensitive payment information is processed by a specialist payments platform designed for secure online transactions.

Step 6: Place your order and track it

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email. You can track the status of your order under the ‘my orders’ button in your profile on the RapidStudio website.

You'll receive a notification when your order goes into production, and another when it is dispatched. Most of our courier deliveries reach their destination within 2 working days of dispatch, depending on your location.
