We've worked hard at setting up a framework in which orders will be processed quickly and efficiently.
From placing the order, to printing and binding books to delivery, the most painless and efficient way to have an order processed is by using the automated systems and channels we've put in place.
1 Designing the book in the newest RapidStudio software version - or placing each page you've designed in Photoshop into the software.
2 Check your Design or Layout - carefully for bleed and safe area issues.
3 Connect to the internet and place your order on-line (whether you want to upload your files or not, please place the order on-line)
4 Ensure the contact information you supply is accurate and we are able to contact you on that cell number and email, if we encounter any problems with your order.
5 Use a delivery address where you will likely be available during working hours to sign for the book - we advise against using a PO Box wherever possible.
6 Pay on-line using an automated payment method (Payfast EFT or Credit Card, not manual payment)
7 Upload your files on-line (built in FTP up-loader)
8 Allow for a few hours of processing and then track your order on-line for peace of mind
9 You'll receive notification when the order goes into production
10 You'll receive notification when the order is being despatched (within a week)
11 Most of our Couriers will have the book at it's destination within 2 working days of being despatched
We provide a lot of alternatives for people who prefer not to use the "default" methods but in all cases, any deviation from the main stream we've put in place, does result in delays and usually frustrations.
