By default, all RapidStudio orders are produced within 5 working days. If you need your order sooner, we offer a 3-day Rush service.
Please note: Production time begins once we have received your completed order with correct files and confirmed payment — before 9:00 AM on a working day. Your order will be ready for collection or dispatch after 14:30 on the final working day. Courier delivery time is in addition to production time.
Standard vs rush: At a glance
5-Day Standard: Free — selected automatically at checkout. Ready after 14:30 on day 5. 3-Day Rush: R250 + 10% of order value — select Rush at checkout or email us. Ready after 14:30 on day 3.
How to place a rush order
The easiest way is to select the Rush Order option at checkout when placing your order. Alternatively, email us at info@rapidstudio.co.za with your order number and we'll send you a payment link for the Rush fee.
Once Rush payment is confirmed, email us your order number and proof of payment so we can fast-track your order immediately.
Important things that affect your turnaround
- The clock starts only after we have correct artwork AND confirmed payment — both must be in place before 9:00 AM.
- Manual EFT payments may add one working day while payment clears.
- Incorrect artwork that requires revision will affect your turnaround time.
- If you're in the Johannesburg area, we recommend collecting your order once you receive the dispatch confirmation rather than waiting for courier delivery.
