Input string was not in a correct format.

If you receive this error message while using the RapidStudio software "Input string was not in a correct format." under the heading similar to "Exception on FileAlbumOrder"

The most common cause of this error is incorrect regional settings.

Please re-set your regional settings in the control panel to the default South African regional settings.

I am including attachments of how the regional settings should look.

Please check the values in each screen carefully and correct them where necessary.

After the corrections have been made, the software should work as normal.
