Starting the FTP Uploader yourself.

The FTP album uploader should run automatically when you place your order and should continue to run until your order finishes uploading.

If your files aren't finished uploading, please check that you're connected to the internet and that your computer isn't off, or asleep, the files can't upload while your computer is off or sleeping or offline.

If however, due to some unforeseen circumstances, you need to open the FTP uploader again, you do this by opening the RapidStudio Software, click the order menu at the top of the window (not the button, the menue) and click "start FTP Uploader.
