Should you require a refund for an incorrect overpayment or cancellation of a job that has not yet been printed you have the following options available to you:
You may request that the overpaid amount be sent back to you in the form of a RapidStudio voucher.
If you request that the overpaid amount, less a handling fee of 10% (minimum charge R50) be returned to you. The fee merely covers bank and clearance charges which we have already paid and will pay on the transfers of the money. Refunds can take up to a month to process.
