Taking too long over the internet?

When uploading your file over the internet, it may take several hours.

Please ensure your computer is not sleeping or turned off before the upload finished as this will further delay the process.

Once the file reaches our servers 100% it will then be downloaded to our print house for processing, again this process may take a few hours, the size of the file will influence the time taken to transfer.

If you're sending your files on disk or via dropbox or any of the other ways suggested, there are often delays in transportation, manual processes of copying, loading and checking the files, etc. We recommend uploading them over the internet using the order mechanism in the software.
