Choosing your cover
When you are designing your book in the online editor, you can choose at the first screen when you’re selecting your project and size OR from inside the editor, navigate to the cover page and click Options. This is where you'll find a drop down for ‘choose your cover type’ which presents cover personalisation choices. There are a variety of styles to choose from. A thumbnail reference is given for each so you can see how it will look. Browse around before making your choice.
Cover materials
You can choose from a range of premium cover materials:
- Leather
- Canvas
- Vegan Leather
- Linen
- Hide
Each material has a distinct texture and feel, and is available in a variety of colours.
Cover styles
You have two style options for your cover:
Image cover - a printed photo or design is incorporated into the cover alongside the material, combining the beauty of your image with the look and texture of the cover material.
Plain cover - the material is used on its own, without a photo incorporated. The result is a clean, classic, premium finish where the colour and texture of the material speak for themselves.
Colours
A variety of colours are available for each material. These are shown as selectable options within the editor when you choose your material - simply browse and click to see how each colour looks on your cover.
