Customer Number or Lab Code

Your Customer number, sometimes referred to as a lab code, will be found on the front or back cover of your software disk.

If you have downloaded the software you will have been shown the code on the download page. Re-visit the website and check the download page for the code.

If you are not using a software pack or did not download the software from our website, please contact us and we will provide you with a customer number to use.
