Remote Support - AnyDesk

When our support team needs to take a closer look at an issue on your computer, we use AnyDesk to connect remotely. AnyDesk allows us to see your screen and assist you directly — it's safe, quick to set up, and only works when you actively allow the connection.

Downloading AnyDesk

Download the AnyDesk client for your computer below:

How it works

  1. Download and open AnyDesk — no installation is required, it runs immediately
  2. AnyDesk will display a 9-digit number on your screen — this is your unique session ID
  3. Share that number with our support team
  4. Our team will request a connection — you will see a prompt on your screen asking you to accept
  5. Click Accept to allow us to connect
  6. We can now see your screen and assist you

The connection only works while you are present and have accepted it. You can end the session at any time by closing AnyDesk.

Is it safe?

Yes. AnyDesk only connects when you choose to accept the incoming request — nobody can connect to your computer without your permission. Once the support session is over, the connection ends automatically when AnyDesk is closed.
