RapidStudio's desktop photobook design software has been retired and is no longer supported.
If you're sad about this, we feel you. It was great in its hayday - but that time has passed and the software creators no longer maintain the program - it's essential to transition to RapidStudio's online program. Though change is hard, the new program is fantastic and we are seeing better books produced and will support you through the transition process.
If you are still using the old desktop software, please be aware that:
- It has not received updates for a number of years and has many bugs that could affect print quality
- We are unable to provide technical support for installation or design issues
- Orders placed through the desktop software may experience processing problems
- It is no longer compatible with many newer computers, operating systems, and image formats
It is essential to move to the online program. If you have an existing project in the old software we MIGHT be able to help you order it so you don't lose your work, but please do not begin any new projects.
Designing online - a better experience
Everything you could do in the desktop software and much more is now available directly on our website at rapidstudio.co.za. There is nothing to download or install. The online editor works in your browser on any computer, tablet, or phone, and your designs are saved automatically so you can pick up where you left off at any time.
