My address / account details do not save

If you're having trouble saving your address / details while ordering, here are a few common problems:

  • One or more of the fields is empty. Please fill in all of the required fields.
  • One or more of the fields is too long. - Please do not try and enter your entire address in a single line. Use the multiple fields available and don't let the "title" exceed 16 characters.
  • The email address you've entered does not match your account, or is already registered on another account.
  • The formatting of one of the lines (ie. phone number needs to be a real South African 10 digit phone number starting with 0) does not match.
