How long does it take?

Orders take a week to fill from when we receive files and payment.

This week should include delivery time but we can't really guarantee the timeline on transport in some cases.

When we receive files and payment and your order starts, you will receive an sms and email notification.

When your order is ready for despatch (usually a few hours before the courier arrives to collect the parcels from us) you will receive email and sms notification that it's ready to be despatched.

Transport time varies from area to area and depends largely on what services are available in the area. Sometimes stuff has to go with the post office and that can delay things a bit.

In order to minimise delays, we always suggest uploading your files over the internet and paying online when placing your order through payfast. This will put your order into production as quickly as possible as all the processes are automated and streamlined to accommodate this method.

Sending files to us by post or via a distribution point or paying by EFT or cash at the bank will delay your order as many manual processes are involved in preparing the job ready for production.
