How long does it take?

Production & Delivery Times

We aim to provide fast, efficient service to all our clients.

Our standard production time is 5 working days from the date we receive your order, provided payment has been received and all files are correct. Delivery time is additional and varies depending on your location and chosen delivery method.

Estimated Delivery Dates

We provide estimated delivery dates in two places:

1. Home page – In the top left corner beneath the RapidStudio logo. Hover over the 'Delivered' label (next to the truck icon) to see estimated production and delivery times, assuming your order is ready to be placed immediately.
2. Shopping cart – Once you have entered your delivery address, we calculate an estimated delivery date based on:
   • Production time
   • Your selected delivery method
   • Your delivery destination

Need Your Order Sooner?

If our standard turnaround doesn't meet your deadline, you can choose our Rush My Order production service.

3-Working-Day Production Upgrade

At checkout, simply tick the 'Rush My Order' option in your shopping cart. The expedite fee will be added to your order total and is itemised separately for complete transparency.

How Production Time Is Calculated

Production time begins once we receive your completed order before 9:00 AM on a working day.

• Rush orders: Ready after 2:30 PM on the third working day
• Standard orders: Ready after 2:30 PM on the fifth working day

Orders are handed to the courier by 4:00 PM on the final production day.

Please note: Courier delivery time is not included in the production timeline.

Important Information

The production and delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees. While we work hard to meet these timeframes, unexpected production or courier delays can occasionally occur.

If your order has been in production for more than 5 working days (according to the guidelines above) and you have not yet received an Order Dispatched email, please contact our support team and we'll gladly investigate.

Things That Can Delay Your Order

Incorrect artwork

Please check your files carefully before placing your order. Covers must either:

• remain within the safe area (green line), or
• extend beyond the red cut/fold line into the grey bleed area.

Artwork that does not meet these requirements may need to be corrected before production can begin, which will delay your order.

Delivery location

Courier delivery to remote or outlying areas may take longer than standard delivery estimates.
